Virtual and pool current connections differs a lot, is it normal?

Then the results that you are seeing are normal. Due to oneconnect profile, exiting idle connections gets reused while sending request to the pool member. So the new server-side connection won't be initiated with pool member if the existing idle connection is available for reuse for other client requests.
