i ahve VIPRION with with 3 interfaces carrying traffic , all are 10G interfaces
can i use 1G for HA , as i think HA is only connection mirroring & heart beats .

Hi SSHSSH,
If you are mirroring layer 7 connections then the full payload must be sent to the peer and you'd probably want to use a 10G interface. If not, a 1Gb port should be fine.
That said, there is generally very limited value in L7 mirroring as most protocols can handle a connection drop.

What_Lies_Bene1What's mirrored is controlled by the Virtual Server type I believe.
