Viprion HA failover configuration

If we configure 2 f5 ltm in 2 different blades of same Viprion box do we need a physical connection between ltm1 and ltm2 for establish a trust relationship or for Network Failover ?

    I think it's got two vCMPs on each blade, right?

     

    If that is the case, you do not need a physical connection to establish network failover and trust, they communicate within the chassis, however, this type of architecture is not a good practice.

    No physical connection required if two LTM in two blade but in 1-Viprion chesis(only for failover).

     

    However you need to establish HA trust for failover. In production environment we never prefar this module.
