And how i get the serial of the other blades?

the cluster shell (clsh) command runs the command on all blades. Perhaps try:

clsh tmsh show sys hardware | grep 'Host Board Serial'

I think its no working for me...

Wierd. I wonder if your path is somehow not finding the command? Maybe try the which command to see?

Ah, I see what's happening, you're in tmsh. Can you log out of tmsh by typing q?

Is there a way to find the serial number of a blade that is down/failed state ?

I even tried doing a console (serial) connection and running the AOM command menu. There is a option that says "Show blade Info", but it does not show the serial number when accessed. Just some other info.
