Viprion-2400 software upgrade process(11.2.1 HOTFIX9.)

I have Viprion 2400 chassis in my network. I never done any software upgrade for Viprion system. Currently i in my system 11.2.0 software running. F5 tech support advised to upgrade to 11.2.1 HOTFIX9...
