Version control and roll out process

The Enterprise Manager (Click here) is designed to do this with Changesets. It also provides for configuration backup and restoration and statistics gathering and trending (on the 3000 platform).

 

 

If all you are concerned about is virtual server/pool/profile/iRule changes (and the like), those are all stored in /config/bigip.conf. So you could always just replace or update those sections on prod with the ones in test (either manually or with a script) and issue a b load command to reload the config.
