VE to HW migration

Hello,

 

Since the bigip version allows the concurrent HA of virtual & hardware, can you please inform me what is the most optimum way of migrating from VE to hardware devices:

 

1) Add the other new hardware devices to the VE (active-standby) group, sync them and then shutting down one by one the VE devices in order to failover to the hardware devices.

 

2) Have the hardware devices in sync (SCF file from the VE) and offline. Then shut down the network inrterfaces of the VE and activate the interfaces of the hardware devices.
