VE 13.1.0.8 Not Accept 4Gb RAM

Hello,   whats happen in new release that not accepted the 4gb RAM. Why?   My labs now need at least 5322Mb.   I saw that APM had new features, but LTM? I didn't see anything about it. Anyon...
