vCMP failover supported methods

Hi guys,

Can somebody please answer me whether Disabling the vCMP Guests from the vCMP Host is a valid/supported failover method to failover the Guests at all, rather than going to each Active Guest and forcing it to Standby? In my view this method simulates a power outage on the Host, hence it is supported.

The vCMP_for_Appliance_Models_Administration.pdf document does not specify if the above is supported or not... We're running vCMP on 5000 appliances.
