Validity of "dossier.do" and "license.txt" files

When I extract the dossier file and the license file accordingly from BIG-IP, what is the expiration date of those files?

You mean it doesn't matter if I re-activate the license on February 22 through the "dossier.do" and "license.txt" files extracted on February 1st, right?
