When I extract the dossier file and the license file accordingly from BIG-IP, what is the expiration date of those files?

MVPthe dossier is just a blob of data from that moment. you create a new one when you want to change something.
with most licenses there isn't a expiration date on the file itself. there is a service check date that has some relevance on expiration for certain things.
