Using TCP Analytics for Latency Data in Splunk F5 App

I am using the F5 Splunk App in hopes tracking latency data with a virtual server via the TCP Analytics profile. I have the Splunk App Template configured on the F5, the F5 app running in Splunk, AVR is configured, and the TCP Analytics profile is set up. However, my latency data is not populating on the application dashboard of the virtual server I am interested in. Does the TCP Analytics data get sent as a part of the app template on the F5?
