Using Multiple SSL Profiles for one VIP

We have muliple new websites going up soon, and to make things easy on our LTM Admin, I want to know if we can Off-Load the individual CERTS, and use multiple SSL Client profiles within one VIP, and then pass the country-based URL [Boomshakalaka.ie, ReignMan.fr etc] onto the proper Pool using an iRule. I know the iRule concept works, just not sure about multiple SSL profiles in one VIP. Thanks. Disclaimer: Examples not real web names. Only a few will recognize their reference.
