Using Hosted Content for APM external Logon Page

HI Everyone,

How would I use locally Hosted Content for a External Login page on an Access Policy ?

I have seen some similar question but not seen how I can actually configure the Access Policy to use the content

The External Login page requires a URL and I have got it to work from an external Web Server but not sure how to use a html file uploaded to the Host Content in the public space...
