I'm using thr F5 Web-based VPN client under Vista with OneCare and have the same issue. I have to turn off the OneCare Firewall to get it to work. I have seen that the VPN client files seem to be loaded into a download directory, but I cannot determine where, or I would try adding those specific files to the exceptions list.
