using dual monitor in ECV
Hi All I am using two ECV monitors combined for one of my POOL.
monitor 1 --> timeout = 90 sec monitor 2 --> timeout - 90 sec
now
pool MY-POOL { min active members 1 monitor all monitor1 and monitor2 <------- two monitors
what will be the total timeout for bringing the pool members. I thought it should be 90 sec only. but it's taking a lot longer like 6 to 7 minutes.
Can anyone help ?

The monitors should work independently so when one fails, after the timeout, it is separate to the other.
What is the interval setting to your monitors? Do you get the right symptoms if you have only 1 monitor assigned?
If you're running TMOS 11.4.x or later than /var/log/ltm should detail which, and when, monitor is failing. This might give you an insight. If TMOS 11.3.x or below then you'll need to check out this SOL sol13898
Hope this helps,

Thanks for the help Nathan The interval is 30 sec. I checked the /var/log/ltm file and the monitor was coming up at the right time like within 1 min after server brought up. But the actual application doesn't load faster from IIS server.
