Using an existing app tunnel

Hi Everybody,

 

 

I'm working on an issue that has stumped me for the pass three weeks. I have an app tunnel that launches an external program. I need that program to use that app tunnel to exchange information with a server beyond the F5 firepass. I have tried static and dynamic app tunnels, and the messing around with the proxy settings of the program with no luck. I have also sent my static app tunnel configuration into tech support for verify its validity. Everything checks out on the configuration front. So, I have a hutch that it is something to do with the F5 browser plugin and tunnel through that. Could anybody shed some light on this?

    if you set up network access and launch the app, does it work?

     

     

    my issue was softphone users and NAPT. what a collision that was. I used network access and launched the softphone app with ip filters applied of course and it was a success.

     

     

    I want to use dynamic app tunnel but app dll's sometimes get trippy.
