Use iRule to "attach" certficate

I am using a single VIP/VS to redirect all incoming traffic to different destinations/servers. Can I use iRule to send the traffice AND pick the appropiate certificate/ssl profile to be used for that ...

Can you explain again your setup? "Let it choose the cert..." - who choose? The iRule? The thing is, they don't want to assign more than one IP so there is only one VS for all the sites.
