URL to redirect onto one of the web server

i would like to inform you that I'm not really good with F5. I am very much new with this device and I really dont understand what is VIP. If you could give me bit idea that how would I create pool and redirect URL onto my web server that it will be really good for me... If you got moment then pls type down for me or give me link where I can find stuff like this... I am trying to login to your given website but still hunting for my username n password...
