url is too long - CMPID advertising tracking

I am having a problem with a URL being blocked by my F5's because the URL is too long.   What is really happening is the URL is short but then there is an advertising tracking code appended to it ...

I went to Security/Application/Security/Policy Properties Tab and the to Configuration/Advanced screen but there is no setting for 'Illegal query string length'

 

I am in ver 11.3 hf8
