URL filtering in SWG based on explicit proxy client request

Hi ,

As per the tittle is it possible to make APM/SWG filter a url based on a client request to the proxy not the HTTP header itself. I want to try and provide a level of protection to users for whom I cant do SSL/TLS decrypt for. While using the request to the proxy server isn't perfect its better then nothing :)
