Yes, the most straight forward would be to migrate a UCS file to the new appliance, having been downgraded to v9.4.8 first. Then do an in-place upgrade.

 

 

The alternative is an export / import of and SCF file from your current appliance to the new appliance. If it's running v 10 at this point then some of the syntax held in the v9.4.x SCF file may be different so some manual checks and tweaks might be necessary.
