updating ssl certificates via tmsh 11.3?

We have a large number of SSL certificates that are being updated, so using the GUI is not feasible.   I cannot find any mention in the tmsh reference guide on updating an existing SSL certificate...

if key is changed (when renewing certificate), i think you have to create a new one (since you cannot import both certificate and key at the same time).
