Updating APM AAA Object DC Pools

Hi all,

 

This is more of an observation than a question per se.

 

As most of you will know, when you create an AD AAA object for APM you have the option of either referencing a single host (domain controller) or creating a pool of domain controllers. This pool is referenced as a normal LTM pool.

 

What I've just noticed is if you want to add servers to this pool later on, adding them directly to the LTM pool does not actually update the AAA APM object. I guess F5 just assumes everyone would just update the AAA object with the new hosts and not the LTM pool.

 

Do you think this is intended? Or maybe a bug?
