Mar 25, 2010Uninitialized Interfaces
Hello,
I have two load balancers LTM-6400 with version 9.4.1 Build 29.2.
However one of the Lbs does not activate the ethernet interfaces (expect for management which is working fine).
When I check the interfaces status through the GUI it shows the status as Uninitialized.
Do you have any idea what can be causing this or how can I troubleshoot it?
Best regards.

Does the unit have a license? If you run 'b load' at the command line what error do you see?
Thanks,

Hello,
yes the unit has a license.
When I run the command the output is:
b load

bcm56xxd is the daemon that manages the switch ports. Is there anything interesting in the /var/log/bcm56xxd log file?
If you have a support contract, I'd suggest opening a case with F5 Support. They'll probably ask you to run the End User Diagnostic (EUD) tool:
