Understanding Memory usage in LTM and GTM
We have two f5 box (Ltm & Gtm) both are running version 11.5.3. As per one of the document "In BIG-IP 10.x - 11.5.4, the Configuration utility tmsh report memory allocated to buffers and caches as used memory. As a result, it may appear that the host system is using all available memory." Looking at memory stats of LTM is showing all memory used but GTM is showing around 2G of memory free. I need to confirm as per the document "; it is mandatory that F5 box running version 11.5 should always mark all the memory used.

Memory statistics (BIG-IP 11.6.0 and later)
In BIG-IP 11.6.0 and later, the Configuration utility and tmsh report memory allocated to buffers and caches as free memory. This indicates that cached memory is generally available for use by other processes. Memory statistics are reported as follows:
System Memory TMM Memory Used: The amount of memory in use by the TMM processes for traffic management. Other Memory Used: The amount of memory in use by Linux or non-TMM processes. Total Memory Used: The sum of the TMM and other memory. Swap Used: The amount of swap space used by all system processes. Subsystem memory/memory pool name Indicates the name and memory utilization of TMM hash tables and cache objects. Memory statistics (BIG-IP 10.x - 11.5.4)

System Memory Host Total: The amount of memory available to Linux or non-TMM processes. Host Used: The amount of memory in use by Linux or non-TMM processes. TMM Total: The amount of memory available to TMM processes. TMM Used: The amount of memory in use by TMM processes for traffic management. Subsystem memory/memory pool name Indicates the name and memory utilization of TMM hash tables and cache objects.
