Unable to update signature

Hi Team, recently  I have tried to update signature on my F5 but, when I try to do it, the system does not update it. i verified if it can contact Host servers callhome.f5.com port 443 activat...

I have read the article and I have sent message to the customer to ask when is possible to do it ; even if ,  I think that this solution is more adapt to fix the problem
