Unable to setup MSSQL Database profile - Option Does not Exist

Running 12.1.1 Build 1.0.196 HF1 however i've looked on an 11.5.1 and 12.0 appliance and they don't have the option either.   Trying the guide located here: https://support.f5.com/kb/en-us/prod...

Hey Matt, did you get an answer for this that makes sense? I found info that said LTM license is all that's needed, but mine is missing too (I'm on 12.1). I opened a support case but was just wondering if you got any info that helped.
