unable to remove disk partition
Hello,
I'm running viprion with two slots. I'd like to install SW image to HD1.1, but installation process (GUI or CLI) installs image only to slot1. I'm not able to remove HD1.1 disk partition from slot2 because sw status is 'cancelled'.
my attempt to remove HD1.1 (when slot2 is active):
(cfg-sync In Sync)(/S2-green-P::Standby)(/Common)(tmos)# delete sys software volume HD1.1
01020036:3: The requested software desired (HD1.1) was not found.
Software status (installation in progress) from slot1 and slot2 point of view below. You can find there, that slot1 shows only HD1.1 for slot1 (no slot2 - wrong), but slot2 point of view shows HD1.1 for slot1 (correct) and for slot2 (state cancelled, without any installation).
[/S2-green-P::Active:In Sync] ~ # clsh tmsh show sys software

Do you have any ideas how to solve this situation? How can I remove HD1.1 on slot2 only? (GUI or CLI command removes HD1.1 only from slot1, because slot2 sw status is 'cancelled')
thanks,
martin
Hi,
Could you try to restart the blade 2, and then try to access by ssh to the blade2 and see if the command to delete the disk partition works? If not, I recommend you open a support case because it could be a disk failure in the blade and an RMA would be the solution.
In this link you can find all the relative commands:

Hope it´s works,
