Unable to Ping/telnet Virtual IP configured in Openstack vLB but able to Ping Self IP

I have deployed vLB in Openstack.

 

Unable to ping/telnet Virtual IP configured in Openstack vLB but able to Ping Self IP

 

Arp is enabled.
