I have deployed vLB in Openstack.
Unable to ping/telnet Virtual IP configured in Openstack vLB but able to Ping Self IP
Arp is enabled.
ltm virtual-address /Common/10.x.x.103 { address 10.71.12.103 arp enabled mask 255.255.255.255 traffic-group /Common/traffic-group-1 }
ltm virtual /Common/vs_prov_8081 { destination /Common/10.x.x.103:8081 ip-protocol tcp mask 255.255.255.255 pool /Common/pool_pgw profiles { /Common/prof-fastL4 { } } source 0.0.0.0/0 source-address-translation { pool /Common/snatpool_10.x.x.137 type snat } translate-address enabled translate-port enabled vlans { /Common/vlan1 } vlans-enabled }

Have you also enabled "echo-reply" in Virtual Address settings?

Yes, ICMP echo, ARP was enabled already.
This one is solved after changing Openstack Port security setting.
