Unable to connect to Vmware View HTML access

Hi to everyone, fairly new to this community and I was wondering if anyone would have a hint for me on that one as I can't figure it out. I am currently trying to enable view html access from outside the company. I am running View 5.3 with an F5-ltm. I have managed to get everything up and running with security servers in DMZ and the iapp template for view but I can't get the blast gateway to work. I can reach the page, authenticate, choose my pool and then it hangs for 5 sec and I get a blank page This page can't be displayed. I have as per some posts I have found here created another VS for my blast gateway using port 8443 pointing to my security gateway. all required ports are open on my firewall. I don't see anything beeing dropped. On my security gateway & connection server in View admin I have configured my external blast url with https://view.mycorp.com:8443 but still no luck and it works from inside my network. Any idea or suggestion would be more than welcome.
