Unable to access url ( first 2 attempts successful and 3,4,5 not successful

Hello,   I am accessing Below are the response I am getting... if two response I am able to access but next third ,fourth and fifth try..i am not able to acess.. This happens in successive patte...

Did you check the F5 logs? I guess, Server port is bouncing. Packet capture(TCPDUMP) is best option to troubleshoot further.
