can i have the list of UDP based attacks and whether ASM is capable to protect all thsese?

CirrocumulusASM is the wrong product for mitigating any Layer3 attacks as Nathan has mentioned. ASM protects web and mobile applications which use HTTP/HTTPS protocol, any UDP attacks are handled by LTM/AFM
