You can set it up as a Performance L4 type virtual on All Protocols if you don't wish to have separate ones. The downside is you won't be able to use any of the TCP profile settings to take advantage of TCP optimization, and you won't get separate statistics (which may or may not be a concern). You also wouldn't be able to use iRules that trigger off of anything higher than Layer 4 events.
