Two IP addresses redirecting to my F5 IDP page

Hi Everyone,

 

I have configured a F5 IDP server. and on F5 IDP i have configured Virtual server by giving some IP . SO when ever i login to my cucm which is sso enabled using f5, It will redirect to the ip configured for Virtual server. where it will ask you to give the synced ldap user credentials. This will communicate with the LDAP server and if authentication is success you can login. But One day all the servers are rebooted and i am facing one issue.

 

Issue: The virtual server ip was got removed because of the reboot. So we tried adding the ip using ip addr add 10.X.X.X. eth1 . But now when we enter this ip in the browser it is redirecting to the F5 IDP BIG IP page. Not redirecting to the My policy page. Can anyone Please help us here to find out the solution.
