Hi,
i am trying to transfer my created config backups to our backup server.
We usually use rsync for this, but ofr security reasons I thought i push the
ucs to the backup...

This looks like a known issue described in SOL5336 (Click here). Are you testing on 9.1.3 or lower? If not, you could open a support case with F5 to troubleshoot this.
