Traffic to virtual-service IP is sent as is to server

Hi,   I have configured two servers behind LB. When I send traffic to the virtual-ip of the service I see that the LB sends the traffic as is to the server without changing the destination IP addr...

When I send traffic to the virtual-ip of the service I see that the LB sends the traffic as is to the server without changing the destination IP address of the packet to the chosen server.

 

is address translation under virtual server setting enabled (checked)?
