Traffic switch

I have three datacentre with a F5 load balancer setup using round robin fashion . Into that we have an LTM setup where Application traffic's are routed via virtual server ip. This Ltm uses the weighted load balancing method. Incase if I receive a timeout error how to switch application traffic to another Datacentre via irules or script.
