Traffic Prioritization

Hi;

I am newbie.

I want to configure the BIG-IP 2000 (ver 11.0.6) to prioritize traffic in the following order:

    1. Video (highest priority)
    2. Voice
    3. Data

The BIG-IP load balances traffic across different ISPs. I want to prioritize the traffic across the links.

I looked at traffic shaping, bandwidth controllers in conjunction with iRules, What is a best way to do this?
