Traffic Fiterling

Hi All,

 

 

We have a requirement when in we need to classify TRAFFIC on our Load balancer based on the origin. I have created two VIP and have added a NAT policy in which i have defined to NAT internet traffic to one VIP and inside traffic to another VIP. However when i login to web servers i can see all traffic from load balancer gateway and hence we are not able to classify the traffic. Is there any where where in we can get this done in load balancer?

    I may be missing something on the use case, but it sounds like you can use SNATs and iRules (do a search here for a bunch of examples), and do an X-Forwarded for insert so your web servers can get to the Source IP address.
