Traffic blocked with ASM Security Policy

Hello,

 

I have a security policy that allows https traffic. When I configure the policy in transparent mode all goes well. As soon as I move it to blocking mode the users starts getting erros.

 

How can I investigate this issue. I would appreciate any help.

    have you checked request log (security > event logs > application > requests) or /var/log/asm?

    also 

    System  ››  Logs : Application Security
    (has the same information with /var/log/asm file)
