Topology LB

Can someone please help to confirm that I understand topology LB algorithm ?

 

Here's what I understand...

 

1) If "Longest Match" option is selected.. The algorithm will search all records and use the one with longest match, if two records have the same longest match (Source and destination), it will use the weight as tie breaker. Correct?

 

2) If we have two records with the same longest match (Source and destination) and same weight, which one will be selected?

 

3) If "Longest Match" option is NOT selected.. The algorithm will use the 1st matching record (in order), regardless if it's longest match or not and regardless it has higher weight or not, correct?
