Topolgy LB - GTM

Quick question, if I have Topology LB configured on the GTM, and the incoming request doesn't match any topology record, what will happen to this request?

For example, if the topology records LDNS: State NY, Destination: Pool_1 Weight:10 LDNS: State NJ, Destination: Pool_2 Weight:10 LDNS: State TX, Destination: Pool_3 Weight:10

What is going to happen if the LDNS Source is Florida for example?
