I have LTM with 11.2.1 verions. As per KB, https://support.f5.com/kb/en-us/solutions/public/15000/800/sol15882.html, after applying hotfix13, should I also need to apply the setting in this KB or not need, mean create the custom SSL profile and apply to virtual server OR no need, only hotfix is fine.

You can check your current ssl settings using https://www.ssllabs.com/ssltest/index.html

ghost-rider the hotfix is enough. the config with the custom SSL profile is only advised by F5 when you can't upgrade yet.
