I know this is a old post by I leaned towards TLG learning when my company gave me some training $$$ because of the fact that they let me retake the class again for free with in a year. Again this worked out for me because we were mid of transition and I needed basic knowledge prior to implementation (meetings) and was able to refresh at a later date when we went full blown live. But I would agree with Jason you need to do your ground work, call them ask questions.
