Timeouts on Dynamic IP's

As Citizen_elah suggested, you should open a case with F5 Support to troubleshoot the memory leak. Rebooting the unit either manually or automatically via the memory restart setting is just going to work around the problem temporarily. Chances are, it will be a known issue in the 9.3 version you're running.
