Time out issue with VMware Horizon View.

In specific I am looking if the configuration has some type of "time-to-live", "time out" or something related to timing. The way my VMware Horizon View client is behaving is having an inconvenience where people have to logon twice. When they logon the first time the system correctly authenticate them and then shows the "virtual desktops pools" they have access. If they wait 20 seconds to choose the pool they want to access the client ask again for authentication and include a message related to previous authentication being "timed out". I want to check if some parameter can be changed in the F5 to extend the time out period
