Nov 16, 2005The underlying connection was closed
Hi,
I have been working on this problem for 2 weeks and I have not been able to fix it yet. This problem only occurs sometime.
Error message: The underlying connection was closed: An unexpected error occurred on a send.
I have attached a diagram of my understanding of the process. Any of you know how to fix my problem?
Thank you,
Max

- Is this an iControl question? If so, where in your diagram is the iControl call that is returning a connection closed. If this is a general networking question, then DevCentral really isn't the best place to ask it. If it is BIG-IP that is closing the connection, then we really can't diagnose that here. You'll need to be in contact with Product Technical support and open a case so they can get the relevant configuration info needed.
If it is an iControl question though, please explain where the call is happening, what call it is, and under what conditions it occurs.
