The type standard not work for ipv6

I've question for the configure between type standard and performance l4 to ipv6.

 

The follow flow traffic on test below

 

Client[ipv6] ---->

 

F5[config virtual]

 

type=standard

 

src IP ::0.0.0.0/0

 

dst ip 0:0:0:0:0:0:0:0/0 Port 80

 

tcp profile=tcp

 

Automap=none

 

address translation=disable

 

port translation =disable

 

--------> pool [Router gateways]

 

------------> to

 

So I tried test call to the www. ,it can't to access

 

but I do to change that from standard to performance L4 and then tried to call . , it's work

 

but So I test config on ipv4 [config similar above ] type "VIP standard" call to . it's work

 

I'm not sure it has a something in configure is wrong ?

    I am not sure what you are trying to achieve with the above setting. May be try and use ::/0 for any IPv6 address and see if that would work. I have utilized IPv6 on VS for load balancing and it has worked without issues. Depends on your code version too.
