Even though re-activating base registration situation is occur, the BIG-IP can stil accelerate the SSL and use other base LTMs feature?

 

or The problem occur? what re-activation does is to update service check date in /config/bigip.license. if you do not have active support contract, the service check date won't be updated (but re-activation still can be done). the service check date is used to determine if you are eligible to upgrade software or not (detail is in the sol Steve has given below).

license never expires (in case of production license, not evaluation/trail license). that means your bigip still functions even not having active support contract.
